Refunds may be approved if:
The product key is invalid or non-functional.
The wrong product was delivered.
A duplicate transaction occurred.
Once the key is revealed and/or activated.
If the product is incompatible with your system.
If your account/platform bans you for misuse.

Provide your order ID and issue details.
Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and denial of future services.
